I miss the many hours we spent together when Dr Gupta Bhai stayed with us and the fond memories of him enjoying homemade prasadam by my wife Sudevi Dasi.

Things that I have cherished most were:

Self-massage and the benefits. Doing it yourself then getting massaged by another person has greater benefits. I regularly follow and can see the results.

The art and science of eating food. From seeing to hearing to smell, to touch and finally tasting how the various signals sent to brain produces the appropriate digestive juices that when mixed with saliva and the chewing (32 minimum) turns the food to liquid before swallowing it. The food should be drank and liquid should be eaten is always fresh in my memory.
