Dr Gupta came in my life in New Zealand when I was struggling to cope with multiple pressures some 20 years ago. The lessens learned then provided me with tools to cope with many stressors of living in a western society, it has withstood time and the knowledge imparted of “Ayurveda as it is” has been the most treasured gift.
As they say knowledge is power. The knowing of the do and don’t allowed navigation in a fast pace world successfully, without succumbing to what’s on offer blindly.
I always felt he deserved a much greater audience as all deserve the knowledge as delivered by him which if known can ensure a richer existence.
